Emerging star Zay Briscoe was born in Brooklyn but it wasn't until he moved to Atlanta at the age of 16 that he decided to pursue music. I'm not sure what prompted his move to Atlanta but he better Thank God it happened because the boy is truly talented. I recently did an Instagram Live with Coey from the Talk Of The Town Show; where we reviewed artists' new music and Zay was not only the final contestant but the winner. He received a 10/10 rating; something that rarely happens when doing live music reviews. Once the right person gets their hands on Zay, he's definitely out of here. Check out his latest video below:
