If you're from New York City, unless you've been living under a rock you have heard Lola Brooke's name over the past few years. In 2022, other parts of the world were introduced to our hidden gem. Captivating everyone with her outgoing persona and gritty but witty bars. Her hit single "Don't Play With It' featuring fellow popular Brooklyn rapper Billy B was released in the summer of 2021 but still remains a fan favorite and continues to go viral. The emerging superstar recently inked a deal with Arista Records in collaboration with Team Eighty Productions. If you're not familiar, Lola is managed by Team Eighty and we can definitely thank them for her development as an artist. Something that Lola never forgets to do is any of her interviews. In a recent post on her Instagram revealing the signing, Lola captioned "I never complained even when I [could've]! Anytime you seen me I always smiled even when I was DOWN Bad! Nobody [owes] me [and] mine ANYTHING so we made sure to give EVERYTHING to one another #Loyalty.. I deserve.. we deserve". From performing the halftime show at the Barclay Center to opening up for Flo Milli and Future you can't really scroll through social media on turn on the radio without hearing Lola Brooke.
