Lil Uzi Vert's latest album Pink Tape arrives after multiple delays and great anticipation! They teased the raved release on their social media earlier in the year through the official Pink Tape trailer.
The Pink Tape
Stacked with twenty-six sizzling singles, Lil Uzi Vert takes his listeners on a musical journey through hip hop, rock, anime, punk rock, drugs, women, and other life luxuries. In fact, the popular project was teased back in 2020 at Rolling Loud California, but backed by a few teased tracks and live performances, the highly anticipated album is now available to fans on all streaming services. The Pink Tape production is packed with soundscapes by Ken Carson, Don Cannon, BNYX, Brandon Finessin, Wheezy, and others. As well as star-studded guest features from Nicki Minaj, Don Toliver, Babymetal, Travis Scott, and Bring Me The Horizon.
Lil Uzi Vert's third studio album, Pink Tape led by fan-favorite track “Just Wanna Rock” rocked Billboard charts. In doing so, it shattered 2023’s largest first-week sales for a Rap project. Respectively, it’s no surprise as it’s become routine fare for the rapper's releases. As a result, the set's appearance at the top of the chart ends a drought for Hip-Hop chart-toppers. Pink Tape positions itself as the first Rap LP to be placed at the top of the tally in 2023.
A week after the anticipated arrival of his latest LP, Lil Uzi Vert has announced the 'Pink Tape Tour’ Which will stop in musical hubs such as: Chicago, Detroit, Boston, Atlanta, Austin, Los Angeles, Brooklyn, and other cities. The tour will kick off on October 21st in Minneapolis before moving on to Boston, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, and New York City. Uzi's tour will come to an end by concluding on November 22nd in their hometown of Philadelphia. Excitingly enough, the new run of shows mark their first time on the road since their 2018 ‘Endless Summer Tour, with G-Eazy. Tickets are on sale now, so be sure to cop yours today!
