At the end of last year, I had this idea to put together a compilation album of Queens artist. During this idea process, I searched for new artist from Queens and came across Tone Fuego. At the time, she had a preview of a single on her page entitled "Pop On". I automatically loved the song because it was so nostalgic to me. In my teenage years, this song would have been my friends and I anthem. At the beginning of the summer, Tone Fuego dropped her "Pretty Thug B*tch EP"; "Pop On" being track 5. The EP also features a track with New York's new favorite YellowTapee. Now, I personally haven't had the pleasure of seeing Tone Fuego perform in person but I have heard threw the grapevine that the girl really puts on a show. With that being said, I'm anticipating seeing what the creativity is like in her forthcoming videos. In the mean time, stream her EP below:
