It looks like somebody wants their coins. Missy Elliot and Timbaland are being sued for allegedly stealing a song they did for Aaliyah. According to a man by the name of Terry Williams, he helped write and produced Aaliyah's 1996 single "Heartbroken". Williams claims although him and Missy made a deal to split the song profits, the song was released without his consent. A rep for Missy Elliot spoke out claiming those accusations were false. Williams believes he is owed a large portion of the profits and is suing Missy Elliot, Timbaland and the Aaliyah estate.
