Drake is filing a lawsuit against a woman by the name of Layla Lace. If you're not familiar, last April she took to Instagram to make allegations of being pregnant by the Toronto star. She then went on a Shade 45 interview and stated “I know who I sleep with unprotected,” “It’s 100 percent sure. He knows it. At the end of the day, I’m just gonna leave it at that.” Layla told the interviewer that when she revealed that she was pregnant to Drake, he ceased all communication with her. Drake's suit reveals that Layla went to police and claimed she was raped by him although their sex was consensual . The suit also states that she allegedly hired lawyers to reach out to Drake for large sums of money in exchange for her silence. Drake is suing for civil extortion, emotional distress, fraud, defamation and abuse of process.
