The Evolution Of Molly Brazy

Hailing from the gritty streets of Detroit Molly Brazy was determined to make a way out. Losing her father to the streets and her brother to the system, at a young age Molly learned to shift her pain and aggression into her music. She originally gained popularity a few years ago uploading freestyles on Instagram, "Supersonic" being the first one. It didn't take long before Molly went viral and had a loyal fan base. The fellas were turned on by a cutie with gangsta lyrics and a draco. And young girls from the hood gravitated to a girl that seemed just like them.

Since then Molly has released two projects entitled Molly World and Brazy Baby. She has received features from artists like Cuban Doll, Rocaine, Trina and more. Molly has also received a co-sign from fellow Detroit rapper Kash Doll. Despite her strong relationships in the industry. Molly prides herself on staying to herself and focusing on the end goal, ignoring all subliminal shots, negative media attention and diss tracks thrown her way. In a recent interview with XXL, Molly revealed that she is in the process of toning down her music. The change in tone can be heard on songs "Molly Story" and "All I Know". Molly claims that the change in tone comes from not only a change in lifestyle but wanting to be a better role model and watching the transition of her idol Nicki Minaj.

Currently, Molly Brazy is making plays in every city and preparing for the release of her project Queen Pin which is said to be her best work yet. This year Molly has performed at SXSW and Rolling Loud proving that she can not only make smash hits but keep the crowd going as well. The music industry and fans everywhere should expect nothing but greatness from the Detroit caterpillar that turned into a butterfly.
