Over the weekend, Drake dropped a two song EP entitled Scary Hours. If you're not familiar Drake is in my TOP 5 relevant rappers. Unfortunately, I would only give this project 3 Mics. Drake hasn't dropped any music since More Life last year and I was expecting so much more from him. The production was the only thing that really moved me. If I had to choose which was the better song, I would definitely go with "God's Plan". What about you?
