Two months ago, 2 Chainz opened up a restaurant in Atlanta. Apparently, the restaurant and Tappas isn't as cleanly as we would expect from a millionaire. The Georgia Department gave the restaurant a "U" and a score of 59 out of 100 points after a inspection that lasted more than two hours the other day. The report cited raw seafood next to utensils, black and red mold-like substance inside the ice machine and a lack of soap or paper towels by the hand-washing sink. Unfortunately, it doesn't stop there, inspectors described the garbage area as "heavily soiled with food debris and noted that juice was sitting on the ground and expired milk was on the shelves". They also reported that raw hamburgers were stored over collard greens and raw eggs over strawberries and cheese.These shortcoming that the restaurant displayed put customers and employees at risk for extreme illness. I personally think the place needs to be shut down.
