Growing up, all the "It Girls" wore Baby Phat. I think we were all secretly devestated when it went out of style. Luckily, Kimora Lee Simmons is back and better than ever! In a recent interview with WWD, Kimora revealed that she would be launching a new clothing line. Unlike Baby Phat, Kimora's new line will be for the more sophisticated woman. She feels as if she conquered the outrageous designs and it's now time for something more simple and classic. Kimora visions her line to be similar to when she modeled for brands like Chanel, YSL and Givenchy. And ofcourse with those styles comes price. Kimora's new pieces will range from about $500 -$2,400. She plans to open up boutiques in Beverly Hills rather than selling to retailers. I think her new venture is a gold mind. Go Kimora!
