Yesterday, Joe Budden tweeted "It may be hearsay, but if the beef between Ray Rice and his wife was over the woman that some are saying?!?! Then sh*t … smh. If ya’ll know who I’m referring to, then that sh*t is crazy to me." and set off the social media world. Retweets were everywhere and rumors started circulating that Teyana Taylor was the "woman" Joe Budden spoke of and that Ray Rice and his wife's fight did infact begin over Teyana Taylor. Firstly, I just find it funny how Joe Budden would start all this drama when he's the first person to feel all emotional when his situations are talkd about and hits the blogs.
Anyways, a source (which is also a friend of Lashontae, who Teyana Taylor is beefin with) hit up mediatakeout and said that the fight between Ray & his wife Janay started because Janay seen text messages from Teyana. Supposedlly the text messages included Teyana trying to pursuade Ray to leave his family for her. When Janay seen the text messages, she reacted thus, she was knocked out. Ummmmm.... Can we see the screenshots or nah???
Teyana Taylor must not have been with having her name dragged through the mud because she definitely hit up Philly Power 99 to clear her name this morning. In a interview with Mina Saywhat she revealed:
No one received a text from me. I had nothing to do with that. These were also the same blogs that said that I accused Colin Kaepernik of raping me and when the actual girl came out and said who she was, there was no apology to Teyana. Nobody cleaned it up. So now I’m at a point where all I can do is laugh at it. People feel like they know your life and it’s so sad, because it’s our people. This is a big matter. ESPN hasn’t said my name. No sports blogs have said my name BUT a whole bunch of OUR people. Our people who want it to be true so bad but I can’t entertain those type of things.
I'm happy she came out and cleared the air because the rumors would have just got messier.
